這是一種定性的橫向流動(dòng)免疫層析法，用于檢測(cè)人口咽、鼻和鼻咽拭子中的SARSCoV-2抗原。
該盒含有與金納米顆粒結(jié)合的抗SARS-CoV-2/COVID19單克隆抗體，金納米顆粒與樣本中存在的任何SARS-CoV-2抗原結(jié)合。抗SARS-CoV-2的單克隆抗體被包裹在硝化纖維素膜上的測(cè)試區(qū)域，該膜與抗原抗體復(fù)合物結(jié)合，并由于金納米顆粒而形成彩色線。盒式磁帶上端的控制區(qū)域確認(rèn)測(cè)試是否成功。

嚴(yán)重急性呼吸綜合征冠狀病毒2（SARS-CoV-2/COVID19）RT-qPCR試劑盒，用于在單管中高效合成cDNA和實(shí)時(shí)PCR。
該試劑盒包含一組熒光探針引物，用于區(qū)分2019 nCoV/COVID19/SARS-CoV-2和SARS-CoV（bat SARS相關(guān)CoV）。SARS-CoV-2 RNA可在FAM通道中檢測(cè)到，SARS-CoV RNA可在HEX、VIC或JOE通道中檢測(cè)到（取決于所用設(shè)備）。
