圖片為用抗CCSP兔血清（1:20000稀釋液）染色的成年小鼠肺組織。CCSP通過DAB（黑色）進(jìn)行可視化，并用Nuclear Fast Red（粉紅色）進(jìn)行復(fù)染。放大倍數(shù)20倍。
